ACCOMMODATION

On arrival, head to the Conferences Reception inside the Student Union Building. There you will receive the key and directions to your room. Your room will be available from 3pm on Friday 8th April and check-out is by 10am on Sunday 9th April.

The Conferences Reception is open until 11pm. If you are going to arrive later than this please contact the Conferences Reception beforehand at wcpreception@warwick.ac.uk.

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast will be provided on Saturday and Sunday mornings in Rootes Restaurant located on the first floor of Rootes Building from 07:30 to 09:00.
